Refund policy

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy:

We are happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holiday season.  Items purchased on or after November 1, 2023 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 13, 2024.

Items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard return policy. Please note: All existing policies, exceptions, and exclusions apply for the holiday extension. 

 Note: As of 4/20/2022, we have an updated return/exchange policy, as well as a new automated return process. Please review the policy, as well as the Q & A below to get more information and details about our new process. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges easy to navigate and seamless for you!

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • Returns or exchanges for on-line orders are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must have all original tags still intact and must be unused, unworn, and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume. Item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with no damage to the box.
  • If an item is sent back to us that is not eligible for return or is received damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item back to you.
  • Returns (once inspected and approved) will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that you will not be refunded for your original shipping charges.
  • Items that are excluded from our policy and not eligible for return are:
    • Art
    • Bath & Body & Beauty items
    • Books
    • Furniture
    • Gift Cards
    • Jewelry
    • DS (Drop-Ship) items
    • Special/Custom Orders
    • Final sale/clearance items
    • Undergarments
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, you will have the option to select “Damage” as the reason for return through the return center and then follow steps to generate a return label.

How to start a return?

Click here to start your RETURN/EXCHANGE. You’ll need the order number and shipping zip code, or the email address associated with your purchase to get started. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions, and a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email.

Return Cost:

Once your return is processed through our return center, you will receive a pre-printed return label via email. Return labels are $8.00 and will be deducted from your refund. There will not be a label charge for exchange orders or to return items that are damaged/defective. Please note you will not be refunded your original shipping cost.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above. You’ll have the option to select the same item in a different size or color, or you can select a different item by clicking “find something new”.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

No, you can ship your return back to us in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s shipped in an appropriate package that protects the merchandise from any type of damage in transit. We will reach out if we receive items back with any type of damage.

Is an order slip required?

You will receive a packing slip along with your shipping label. Please print and insert the packing slip in the package with the item(s) being returned.

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you start your return/exchange, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label will be sent to your email for easy access.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We hope that doesn’t happen, but in the event it does, start your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange. We will ship the correct item to you as quickly as possible!

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Receive something as a gift and you’d like to exchange? Visit our RETURN CENTER and click the “Returning a gift?” link below the email entry box. Enter the order number and your email (the gift-giver won’t be notified) to initiate the return.

Can I make a return or exchange in the store?

Yes, you can return or exchange in either of our stores. The below policy is for items purchased in store, as well as items purchased on-line that are being returned in-store.

Our “In-Store” return policy:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted in-store within 10 days of purchase and will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must have all original tags still intact and must be unused, unworn, and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume. Item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with no damage to the box.
  • There are some items that are excluded from our policy that cannot be returned or exchanged. The items that are not eligible for return are:
    • Art, bath & body items, beauty items, books, furniture, jewelry, gift cards, final sale, and clearance items.
    • Special/Custom orders, as well as “DS - Drop Ship” items are also not eligible for return.
  • Apparel merchandise must be returned at the apparel store and home merchandise at the home store.
