Interior Designer/Project Manager

Interior Designer/Project Manager will support and participate with a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for clients while using industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity, all while keeping within the Linen & Flax Aesthetic. Project Manager report to the Creative Director on tasks and deliverables and work directly with them to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion.



  • Work directly with team to create and present presentation boards to include CAD drawings, mood boards, FF&E, surface materials, color palettes, and lighting
  • Generate plan specifications based on client needs and contract requirements
  • Create elevations to be used in client presentations and on job sites
  • Can produce detailed millwork drawings to be used by contractors on job sites
  • Organize project samples, project binders, and finish binders in an orderly manner
  • Able to produce Furniture layouts and floor plans skillfully
  • Source and work with outside vendors to procure and coordinate all furniture, fixtures, & accessories
  • Conduct site visits and communicate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Demonstrate a good eye for scale and balance, color and material relationships in both architecture and FF&E.
  • Retain general product and vendor knowledge
  • Manage multiple projects at once


  • Self Starter that looks for solutions to project issues and asks questions for clarity
  • Keeps team informed of progress of presentations and works with creative director on selections process
  • Communicate with Creative Director to secure all required selections for presentations are complete in a timely manner
  • Actively participate in weekly team meeting

  • Proficient in Google Sketch up, Revit, CAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to Produce elevations & Furniture layouts to effectively communicate scale to clients and contractors
  • Able to scan and crop images in Photoshop, manipulate, if required, to eliminate adjacent images, remove writing, etc.

  • 4+ years of Interior Design experience, preferably from a design specific firm
  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Similar
  • Proficiency in CAD, Revit or other Interior Design Software
  • Passionate about communication and interacting with new people regularly
  • Owning initiative and jumping into new tasks daily
  • Familiarity using POS systems and creating invoices
  • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
  • Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone.

Store Runner/Fulfillment Associate

 Our fast-growing ecommerce and retail business is looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is organized and detail-oriented to join our team. 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Print online orders and pull items accurately and efficiently
  • Properly prepare and sort orders for packaging and shipment in a timely manner
  • Assist Home Store Merchandiser pack and load/unload new merchandise on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, at a minimum
  • Once packed, physically load the merchandise and move it safely to the Home Store
  • Assist Store Merchandiser unpack the merchandise and return to warehouse with all extra materials
  • Model excellent service and a neat and tidy appearance when in the store
  • Support Fulfillment Specialist with packing when needed
  • Ensure all completed packages are loaded and ready for daily UPS afternoon pickup at 3pm
  • Assist Receiving, Processing and Tagging team as needed and when fulfillment is caught up
  • Assist Warehouse Team Lead with Furniture receiving and relocating to the store
  • Hang artwork and mirrors at the store when needed

Receiving & Processing Support

  • Receiving stock at the loading dock & moving it into the warehouse - this includes boxes of weights up to 50lbs
  • Unloading pallets from trucks
  • Accurately checking, counting & unpacking stock in high volumes
  • Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed 
  • Putting away stock received & replenishing stock on the picking shelves
  • Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels

Sales Associate - Part-Time

The Sales Associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A Sales Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.  Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.
